The Life of PDB
Jesus said, ''You are Peter, and upon this Rock I will build my Church.''
I am Peter Di Bono, the Good Rock, born 19 November 1980, some 2000 years after my namesake, St. Peter. While strong cases could be made for comparisons to Jesus or Siddhartha Gotama, I am most similar to that historical religious figure known as Simon Peter. We are both ultimate pessimists, hopelessly stubborn, quick to unsheathe our swords, and I can think of no other more likely than I to cut off an ear after hearing displeasing utterances than St. Peter.
I have done things in sports, academia, and in my professional life which I will expound upon later, but as this is due by noon today, I will just say I'm a good golfer (don't play me for money), made deans list in college, ran my own business in high school/college, and finished somewhere in the top 9 of 2200+ SF Police Academy applicants in 2005.
I have no idea what I'm doing in life. But I've done alright thus far, and look forward to 2009.
