Competitions
Every competitor is eligible to host an Individual Competition that will test various faculties of the Man of the Year Participants.
Whether a man is tested in his ability to make a great feast, in his ability to use his intellect under duress, or in his killer instinct, each of these Individual Competitions hones and tests the various aspects of man's greatness. The initial list of ideas was as varied as it was terrible. The final competitions, culled from the masses of potential ideas, will define and draw out the characteristics of the eventual champion.
More information as to how Individual Competitions work can be found in the Manstitution.
These competitions will be spaced out around the year (more information on specific Individual competitions can be found by following the links to the right):
Points are awarded based on the total number of MoY
competitors in the current year's competition. Being men of science, points awarded per competition can be calculated from the following equation:
Where:
- n = Number of Competitors in the year
- P = Finishing Place
- If n = 16 and the competitor gets second place, P = 15
- M = Number of man points awarded
